INSTRUCTIONS: 

1. 1) Identify the top of the mouthpiece, has the word "UP" marked
2. 2) Immerse the mouthpiece (including all of its attachments to retain its instructional integrity) into 95ºC/203ºF water for 35 seconds. Any longer will cause the material to deform
3. 3) Shake off excess water then let the mouthpiece cool for 5 seconds before quickly placing it inside mouth with the "UP" side pressed against your upper teeth. It is important to bit down forcefully and suck for 30-40 seconds.
4. 4) Thoroughly rinse and cool the mouthpiece with cold water then check fitting. Repeat as necessary.
5. 5) Once desired fitting is achieved, discard all attachments before installing the mouthpiece onto the second stage. Remember to install the right way up.

Please remove pins on mouthpiece when mouth-fit setting is comfortably correct. However, please do not dispose of pins after removal as they are needed for all mouth-fit settings in the future (if it ever becomes necessary again).
